I remember at my last doc s visit, he cracked my neck. You knowlike how the chiropractors adjust your body or whatever. Manit felt really good.

Twist one way...*craaaack*...twist it the other way...*craaack*. I was ready to take a nap. I can't DIY it! I've tried stretching it on as much as I could but I can't get it. Any techniques? Kinda like how you can crack your back or your knuckles? I could imagine it might not be a safe thing to do? Just curious.
